Have 5 minutes to spare? Not in a swing state? Not a problem. Here is how you can help Kamala Harris win!
Yes, you can make a difference with just 5 minutes.
If you have…
5 minutes now
Go to https://share.keyboardsforkamala.com and share a piece of our tested content to one (or more!) of the following:
Instagram reel
TikTok
Facebook story
A WhatsApp group chat
An undecided friend
A Facebook group
An hour a day
Join Facebook groups and subreddits that you are comfortable posting political content in. Go to https://share.keyboardsforkamala.com and share one piece of content across as many of these groups and subreddits as you can. (Be careful about going overboard here - you may hit some platform rate limits. Also, avoid copy-pasting content, as platforms will start enforcement against you earlier for spam that way).
Find the highest engagement posts on those groups/subreddits, or say on X or TikTok, and leave pro-Kamala comments on as many of them as you can. You can keep it simple - saying “Kamala is awesome!” is great. Also, link that piece of content you’re sharing everywhere else in the comment.
What if I’m…
In a non-swing state? You live in a solid blue or solid red state. You feel powerless to have an impact on this election, since your vote doesn’t matter, right? But that’s the power of sharing online - you can reach someone in a swing state on your Instagram feed or your knitting Facebook group. Or maybe the friend in your high school group chat moved to Pittsburgh for a job. Share with them some compelling content about why they should vote for Kamala. Maybe they’ll think it’s great and share it with their network, too.
Already phone banking and door knocking? First of all, major kudos to you for your efforts. What you’re doing really matters, and keep up the great work.
Having said that, do you ever feel frustrated when browsing TikTok at 10PM at night, when it’s too late to call anyone or knock on someone’s door? That may be - but that’s a perfect time to be a keyboard warrior and share a great Instagram post about Kamala’s economy to TikTok. Door-to-door canvasser by day, keyboard warrior by night.
Uncomfortable with social media? Maybe posting online is too much, but you have that one friend in Wisconsin who just doesn’t know enough about Kamala to get out to vote for her. You can share a post, or you can also get ideas on how to persuade them using our persuade tool.
